Tier 2 Sponsor number

Can I apply for an interview from within the UK for a Tier two visa if I have all requested documentation except the Sponsorship number which my employer has applied for but is yet to receive.

I do have a contract of employment

What do you mean 'apply for an interview'??

You cannot apply for a visa if your employer is not an approved sponsor. You also cannot apply for a visa if you do not have a CoS, which only an approved sponsor can issued to you once they have completed the full and proper RLMT process to prove you have not been 'pre-selected'.
