BRP not delivered yet

Post by diedongkev » Fri Nov 25, 2016 12:12 pm

I got my application for Tier 2 (general) approved on 1st November at Croydon Premium Service Center.
I still haven't received my card and especially no information has been given to me about the reasons of this delay.
I have been waiting for 19 working days already and my employer will not allow me to work until I receive my Biometric Residence Permit.

I reported the issue on their website as it is recommended on Tuesday 15th November.
I got, on Friday 18th November, an answer from BRP delivery team saying that my enquiry has been passed to a caseworker who should directly contact me.
So far, after 5 working days from the BRP delivery team response, I still have not hear from anyone about my card.

Please, can someone tell me how to get in touch with Croydon Premium service centre to ask for information on my case or give me any contact that could help me escalate my case?
I have been calling the UKVI number but they say they cannot help.

How can I claim for a compensation for the lost salary due to this delay of my BRP?

I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Compensation claim unlikely to be entertained.
You cannot ask about undelivered BRP in person at our Premium Service Centres or at the Post Office
