I did not receive BRP card after 10 days of decision. Reported to Home Office on the 28/7/2017 and requested them to expedite my BRP Card to be sent on asap as i need to travel. Apparently they missed it. Received emailed from Home Office telling that ill receive BRP within 10 days and gave me the tracking number. Referred the tracking number given, then I requested DX Delivery (Home Office sent via this courier) for next day delivery slot. Received BRP card the following day.

BRP Card Received : 9/8/2017 (date of the letter attached with BRP Card was 8/8/2017 --BRP Card was sent almost a month from the decision date after report was made).

The Premium Service is supposed to take 2 and a half hours maximum. The guidance you are given states that if it's going to take longer you will be advised. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes early which we did yet we were not enrolled in biometrics until 12.45pm (an hour and a half after we were asked to arrive). We did not hear the final outcome until 4.30pm - that's five and a quarter hours after the time we were told to arrive.

22/08/17: email received this afternoon. Asked to return the BRP and include a copy of the bio page of the passport. Also reference to supporting evidence which seems as if they have copied and pasted from a standard reply. Since they've already issued the visa why do they want us to send the supporting evidence again?
