minimum pay for eea national so spouce can apply

Post by chahsan5 » Wed Nov 30, 2016 6:26 pm

hi
I have a few question and would really appreciate your help on it.

my wife is eea national and my application was rejected because ukba couldn't confirm the employment over phone with employer.
my court hearing date is in few months but I have some issues and I want to clarify these.

1--she was getting 120 per week from april 2016 until November 2016 and now she's getting 200 per week. is there any issue with less wage? because 120 is very less to pay tax so on her payslip her ni contribution was 0.

2--last year she was pregnant and not working but by mistake her name was on payroll of employer and in her online hmrc account it shows that she was working whole year which is wrong because she was taking maternity allowance from work and pension department. so shall I report it online that it was a mistake by accountant and employer or what? and will there be any trouble for us or the accountant and employer?

3-- this year for some time she was earning more than 120 but payslips showed the same amount. if I report all of this will there be any trouble for us or the employer and accountant or any penalty for any one?

4-- on her payslip under pay-point it doesn't say whether she is getting paid cash or BACS is it alright? because sometimes she gets cash payment and sometimes in her account.

I don't want any trouble for the employer and accountant because obviously she's working for them and it can cause a trouble for her. but at the same time I don't want any kind of trouble for my court hearing because we have already wasted a lot of time because of this already.

thanks in advance for help.
