LIUK Pass Certificate missing in returned Documents File

Hi,
My Set(LR) was approved two days ago and HO retunred my Passports with all Documents. The case worker clearly mentioned in the Decision letter that Passports, Degree and LIUK Result is enclosed with Retuned Documents. However, LIUK Result is not included in the file. Does anyone know how and who to contact?
