Tenancy Agreement-Documents For Tier 2 Dependent visa

I have a similar query - i would like to bring my wife and kid just for a month and half. For such short terms, i don't think, we will get rented houses. Is it really mandatory to give tenancy agreement for their visa application. For a short period of 4 or 5 weeks, i was thinking to take a B&B here, since I was staying in a shared accommodation and I can't accommodate family here . Is there any alternative for tenancy agreement ? Any help is highly appreciated and thank you very much in advance, friends..

Tenancy agreement is not a mandatory document for dependent application. However, since they are applying separately while you are here, its important to demonstrate your continuing relationship. Just marriage certificate may not suffice. Phone calls. chat logs, email logs are few examples which you need to submit along with your application.
