Immigration health surcharge refund

Dear all,
Recently i applied for my wife and children to come vist in uk and i paid ihs charge for visa but recently the momoney is refunded by home office.
Can any one gelp me why the money was refunded? Money was paid £631.62 but refunded £577.10 any one can tell me why the money return and its less money was return.i have not pay for my children.

What exactly have you applied for? Immigration health surcharge is NOT payable for visitor visas.
