Dear all,
While applying for an extension of my wife's PBS Tier 2 dependant visa, we accidentally entered 14/Jan/2017 as the answer to the question "when is main applicant's visa expiring?" - this was a misunderstanding as my last Tier 2 visa and my wife's dependant visa is ending by 14/Jan/2017 and we are trying to extend her visa to bridge the time until she can apply for ILR. I have received my ILR already, she has to stay on PBS dependant visa for another 8 months (see http://www.immigrationboards.com/immigr ... 20627.html.
Based on the wrong date we have entered accidentally, the system calculated £100 and I cannot change this amount now - it seems to have been locked.
1) The right amount should have been £600 or? To achieve this, should I enter as the "visa end date" December 2019?
2) In case it is not possible to change the £100, what options do we have? We want to apply for premium service.
-Is it possible to pay the remaining £500 at the Premium Service Centre without being our visa application rejected at first place?
- We made the "declaration", but did not complete our visa application, as we haven't paid the healthcare surcharge. Can we cancel this application and start from scratch?
- We came to the IHS page via the online application by saying "I don't have an IHS number". Is it OK to create separately an account on IHS homepage and pay £600 and return to the visa application with the IHS number?
Appreciate any help, thank you very much in advance.
