Deputation and HSMP

Hi
Those who have come to UK on deputation from some MNC's in India and switched over jobs or got HSMP, please share your experiences... (Like how did you managed with the E-payslips and no Tax proofs... This would be helpful for a lot of people like me who are still finding it very difficult to figure out what could be done.
