Of course I will sign it so different handwriting may be detected in the application.
Is it going to be a problem?

Assuming her writing is better than yours then its fine.
After all you could have paid a representative (a lot) to do the same for you.

You could also type the answers on computer.

Also,

it is fine if my employer is one of my referee? I have been working in the same company for more than 4 years.

Yes, it is fine if:
  • Not your relation and not related to the other referee;
    No unspent convictions;
    Not your representative;
    And not an employee of HO;
    Oh, and assuming they are on the acceptable professions list;

Dear Noajthan,

me again, i may need your help again please! :)

Just wondering why in the new AN application form (Jan 2016), section 1.23 doesn't give the options about the English language test before April 2015 and also after April 2015, as the current form only shows the two awarding bodies comparing to last version that used show more awarding bodies where you can tick the boxes if the test was before April 2015 with the level, ref number, and the date of the award, but instead in the new version asking for acceptable qualifications that is on the HO's list of approved tests as of 12th Nov 2015! Plus most of them have a validity of 2 years, and then how about anything before that date!
So how about my ESOL skills for life "Cambridge English Language Assessment" which was awarded to me when i finished school in 2006 ( however in 2014 i had to ask for a replacement, and received "Certifying Statement Of Results" for ESOL skills for Life dated July 2014)

Because HO have tightened the requirements up to cut down on fraud and abuse;
ESOL is out.
Its all about SELT now.

I'm a native English speaker and I had to do the test. Don't worry about it, it's worth it in the end. One day you'll look back and laugh about it.

Btw I just want to know so next time I won't include any 3rd part links if I do remember, what's the reason behind it? :-)

Because ImmigrationBoards don't endorse 3rd party links that have a commercial or promotional aspect to them.

I took B1 SELT – GESE Grade 5 at Trinity. That's all that is required (10 minutes speaking/ listening).

Regarding the Letter from Employers, is there a template I can use?

Got a reference style letter from my employers which should be sufficient - most employers issue these as a matter of routine:

Should the date in the Declaration (Section 7, page 28) be grater or less than the referees signed date?

In my passport application, should I add a referee and let him sign my photo or is it fine the one in my AN form?

ABSENCES:
I should list all absence in the last 5 year previous application date?
I will apply tomorrow, will it mean I should list all absence since 16/12/2011? or since Jan 2011?

Yes - years count back from the date of application.

Does it mean if the referee date is 14-12-2016, my date in the Declaration section should be at least the 13-12-2016. Right?

Sorry meant it the other way - logically you get your referees to sign before you are finished with the form by signing/dating it.
