Hello all,
I've just completed my appointment in Toronto, Canada, for my Tier-1 Entrepreneur visa (initial application).
The woman assisting me at the VFS office was VERY confused during the process. For some odd reason, she seemed to think I was applying for the Exceptional Talent visa. I told her several times, and she seemed to get the picture finally.
The major issue is that, during the course of this process, she instructed me to remove my passport sized photos from the submission package as "my visa type doesn't require those".
I later looked at my receipt and, naturally, it says "Exceptional Talent" on the sub visa category - apparently she didn't "get it" after all.
My question to anyone reading this - how much trouble am I in here? I've effectively NOT submitted passport photos. If it sounds ridiculous, that's because it IS. I can't believe I've spent 3 months for it all to come down to this.
Any advice would be appreciated. Is there any way to send the photos over separately?? If so, can I do that myself or do I need to involve VFS? Will the visa review officer take pity and request them, or will all of this result in a flat-out refusal?
Thanks in advance - worried.
