Visa at the time of registering as a director and delay

Post by n8net » Mon Dec 12, 2016 11:42 am

Hi,

I have made an application to extend my Tier 1 Ent. visa (initially issued in June 2013) in June 2016 and still awaiting decision (200k route, called for interview in Sept 2016)

I just need clarification regarding one issue.

When I incorporated the only company I have been running, I was under Tier 2 visa. I registered myself as director as I was about to apply for Tier 1 Ent. visa.

But, since working for my company could potentially be in breach of Tier 2 visa, I resigned as director and registered again as a director once my Tier 1 visa was approved (before 6 months).

Given this am I in the clear ? will I be awarded the points ?

could this potentially be causing delays and is there anything I could do to speed things up ?

also, given it has already been 6 months, I am planning to complain to HO about this ? anyone know the contact details for such complaint ?

thanks

You should be fine.

Reason for the delays are best known to UKVI.
The most you can do is write to your local MP or ring the UKVI. If this does not help then the only option you have is wait.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.
