Hi me and brothers, sister and parents have been living in this country for almost 11 years now. Our case was rejected from the home office because we applied for ilr a bit early as our elder brothers were getting deported but then they took 3 years to reply back with a rejection even though we had spent enough time to obtain ilr.
We then went to the court hoping that the judge will do a better decision but the judge rejected our case with the few reason I'll list below
1: Me n my brothers education isn't enough. we only went college and couldn't study further more as they asked for an ID Which we didn't have it.
2: We broke our relations with our elder brothers who got deported and we told the tribunal that we don't talk to them anymore which Is correct due to internal relations.
3: Dad chose to work illegally because he don't like living on benefits.
We all have spent half of our life's in uk except parents.
Can you please give some advice and tell us are we even gonna get the ilr or even flr? The wait is so long.
