After refusal, I am submitting a new fresh application with the new COS !
In the application there is a question about my current visa status and their start and end date. As my visa already expired so what shall i write on this section.
Shall i write NO, i don't have current visa!
Or
If i say YES then what end date shall i put in.
Please help. I am really confused.
Thanks

Hello, Have you sorted out your situaton yet? i'm going through the same process as you, applied for a tier 2, got it refused, applied for an administrative review and my current tier 4 visa already expired. I was told by the people from home office (and it is also mentioned on the website about the administrative review) that the company cannot apply for another CoS for me unless I withdraw the application of the administrative review. But this application is the only document or reason I have to explain why am I overstaying in the UK, as my visa already expired (Yesterday)I got the CoS the 1st of december and i made the appointment the same day for the 9th of December with the premium service, and applied for the administrative review the same day I got my visa refused. With no solicitors
I couldnt find one on a friday at 2 pm and I had no time left to apply for it as my visa was expiring soon
Been thinking the best would be to go home and apply from there as i dont have a solicitor to represent me and i was already told that its too late and that they cant do anything.
Could you get a CoS and an appointment and the visa even if your current visa was expired?
