Spouse visa accommodation req

Hello I hope someone can help me with this query.my husband is on a fiance visa and we are applying for a spouse visa. In the FLR (m) form it specific need to provide evidence of the applicant and the sponsor living together, for example bank statements joint bills. The tenancy agreement is in both our names but we have no papers or bills in my husbands name. He could not open up a bank account as bank said minimum 1 year visa and an income . Will only proving a tenancy agreement and no bills / statements in the applicant name be a problem ?

For first application it is fine, but those document will be required in subsequent extensions
