People who have gained ILR but feel that they have been harassed, they should consider making a complaint. Unless they complain, nothing is going to change. In fact, things are getting bad to worst.

Once you have ILR, you have just 3 months window to make a complaint and this can be taken further to Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman & your Local MP
