hi everyone. I have a bit of dilemma. I'm on a Tier 2 general visa at present and is eligible to apply for ILR in a few months. Just today I received my registration for a limited company. I wanted to work extra shifts - the 20 extra hrs allowed using my limited company. I just realised also today that I cannot be a director of my own company whilst on Tier 2 visa. How can I resolve it? I don't want it to affect my ILR application. Should I inform the UKVI or just simply close the company? Please help!!!

Close the company.

You are not allowed to contract on Tier 2 General.

You have to be PAYE only.
