Online Visa Application Form or VAF4A ?

Hi there,

A bit confused. Just paid and downloaded filled-in family settlement application form filled-in with details I completed previously? Is it same as VAF4A or i also need to fill VAF4A manually?

Seems it's a bit different than VAF4A, for example in VAF4A there is a tickbox to indicate which Appendix comes with it but here is no such tickbox area.

Also, in Declaration there is no question about if the form is completed by representative or agent. Instead my name (i am a husband) typed-in.

I need to include Appendix 2, please explain me where do i indicate that it comes with Appendix 2?
