MN1 QUESTION and Passport application

Post by HasA62 » Thu Dec 22, 2016 9:54 am

Hi,

pl clear me some questions for MN 1 forms ;

For children , ( 16 and 17 )

Should birth certificates with translation be given ? They born outside UK.

letters from school covering 02 years need to submit for 02 sons seperately?

and Will it be ok to apply for passports for all applicant at the same time at NCS or better first get naturalized and registered , and then apply for passport ?

please ..

One letter per child.

Thanks a lot dear CR001.

As schools are closed. cant get school reference letter for children. I will apply in January. I give below the exact age of children.

Eldest One - 17 years and 10 months ,
Other one - 16 years and 02 months.

So decided to use , as per your great advise, JCAP scheme at NCS. Can we use the same Referees for all applicants , ie wife and 02 children ?

Also in MN1 form ;

1.1 and 1.2 - left blank.
1.4 for title - I put ' Master ' in the other box .is it ok for children ?
Section -3 - left blank completely
5.9 - referees section , can write ' available on request '

please comment on the above..

Eldest One - 17 years and 10 months , Likely you will have to pay £80 for the ceremony as child will probably turn 18 while application is in progress.
Other one - 16 years and 02 months.

Also in MN1 form ;

1.1 and 1.2 - left blank. If born abroad, they apply under Section 3(1) of the nationality act so that is what you put in 1.1 Assuming the children have ILR, you can put the BRP reference number in 1.2.
1.4 for title - I put ' Master ' in the other box .is it ok for children ? Mr is also fine if they are boys. But master is fine too.
Section -3 - left blank completely Correct
5.9 - referees section , can write ' available on request Yes if they wish to
