Hi All, any feedback/advice regarding my case below is much appreciated, especially from senior members:
First Extension Application submitted: April 2016.
Was interviewed: end of July 2016.
Refused: 1st week of November 2016.
Reason: missing documents (payslips & CAR).
I was awarded all points for investment, maintenance, language etc, and was asked to apply for AR in the refusal letter...
In my first application I submitted print out from Companies house along with my company's certificate of incorporation showing date of incorpration and name of director thinking this will be proof of buisness setting up withink 6 months of entering UK etc, but forgot/failed to submit CAR (my mistake!), however I am sure I have submitted the payslips for my employees; and home office could not find them with my application; therefore since I know I didn't submit the CAR which turned out to be an essential document and following the advice from HO helpline and members from this forum, I decided to go for a fresh application instead of AR as it will most likely be a negative outcome.
My Fresh Application was sent mid November 2016 (within the 14 days I was given to apply for AR). However, two weeks after fresh apllication I got a letter from HO stating that our Police Registration Certificate (PRC) for myself and dependents were missing, although I have submitted copies with my fresh application and explained in details with reference/case ID numbers that all original documents are in HO with my first application.
Immediately, sent a letter to HO with another set of PRC copies and again explained that all my original documents are still with HO and have not been returned to me yet.
Today, the Admin Review Team sent me alm original documents (except passports which they retained, so I rushed to the post office and sent the original PRC to HO again explaining that I have just received them.
My question here will be, is it normal that even though I have not applied for an AR, the AR team send me back all my original documents instead of forwarding them to my fresh application caseworker? Is it the right thing to do to send back the original PRC to the team who asked for it 2 weeks ago?
One more thing to complicate my situation further, the Biometrics letters sent to us two weeks ago had wrong birthday dates for all my dependents. So I emailed AppointmentExeption email address found on the bio letters abd also sent letters to ask for amendments. Still no reply yet from biometrics team! Not sure what else should I do???
