Our company recently employed new guy and everything was done according to tier 2 policy guidence. But after month time he wanted to do reduced hrs and ompany has agreed to it. (Salary reduced but still morethan soc code). Do you think company should let ukvi know about this. Only concern is we advertised this job ie 40k-50k but hes new salary under 40k but wayover than soc code salary.
