IHS REFUND RECEIVED

I APPLIED ON 7TH OF OCTOBER,
BIOMETRICS ON 9TH OF DECEMBER
GOT QUERY 15TH OF DECEMBER,
IHS REFUND ON 20TH OF DECEMBER,
GOT APPROVAL LETTER AND DOCUMENTS ON 24TH OF DECEMBER,
I WAS ASKED TO SUBMIT MY BANK STATEMENT FOR PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNTANT LETTER AS I TOOK OVER AN existing COMPANY AND HO WANTED TO BE SURE THAT THERE WAS NO EMPLOYEES BEFORE I BECAME DIRECTOR OF IF THERE WERE EMPLOYEES BEFORE ME IN THAT CASE I HAVE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THEM

no there was no employee when i took over the company but they still wanted the confirmation of that for some reason

My team partner with his dependents got partial ihs refund on 28 november but i havent recieved it yet
and our case is still pending.
is this common him getting a refund and not me. any one with such a scenario.
