Application options for a mum and kid that have been in over

Post by Tots » Thu Dec 29, 2016 3:29 pm

A mother with a disabled child has been in the UK for over 7 years. What application can be put in to the HO for an indefinite leave to remain?

Cheers

You'll need to give far more information, or ask the mother to register on the forum and explain her situation.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

What mother, what child? What is connection to your other topic?
Is this about you or is it a hypothetical question?

Mom needs to do own research and understand there is no standalone '7 year rule' anymore.
If this is for a 'friend' suggest they register and formulate their own detailed question as you have provided virtually no adequate information on which to respond.
