No update from UKVI

Hi,

I have never posted on this forum but I follow it to get expert advice and it is very helpful. I have applied for the Tier 1 entrepreneur extension as a team in October. My timeline is as follows:

Applied on - 12/10/2016
Biometrics letter received - 21/10/2016
Biometrics done on - 22/10/2016
IHS refund received - 10/12/2016

I am aware and seen few posts in the past that the partial refund means nothing, however, it has been over 12 weeks now and no update from UKVI. I am sure that it is clearly written on their website that if the application is complicated then they will inform you, but in my case I have not heard anything from and it has been nearly a month now since I received the IHS refund no update is given yet.

Is there anyone in the same situation or any experts advice is much appreciated.

SAME Here applied on 6th october bio done on 25th oct and since then no news
my partner got ihs refund on 28 november and i didnt.

Such posts on this forum are not helpful and creating yet another series of 'any news?' or 'no update' thread is not adding any value here. I have asked moderators to lock such posts and threads as they cannot be answered. If you followed the forum topics so far, you must know by now that application time for complex cases could be well over 8 months and you must continue to wait until you hear back.
The 8 weeks time frame is pretty much not being kept by the HO

Please take this as a warning as you have been posting randomly in several posts today just for updates. This is not HO forum where case workers roam. No one can give you updates on your application here
