Tier 2 General Visa extension and Salary Problem

Hello friends,
my question is related to salary and i am on tier-2 general. As my employer are international steel company so company is going in lose from few months and i am working with them from 2yrs suddenly they arrange meeting with all staff and kept a plan infront of us they wanted to save some amount money upto april,2017. so they cutting salaries of staff and they didn't paid me salary from november,2016 and they promised to all staff they will pay us asap and i am travelling backhome for holidays on 15jan2017.
Is this thing going affect me while coming back from backhome .please let me know what step should i take.

Hi,

Not paying migrant salaries could result in revocation of their license. It would not be wise to leave the country unless you sorted out the salaries issues with them.

Thank you for your reply.
after my request company paid me november and december salary in cash to me today .they said again they will pay me same in cash jan and feb salary in march and after april every month .they said me i can travel its not going to be any problem.But still i am worried salary in cash no payslip nothing.please advice me .

Hi,

Something not quite right. They should be paying you in bank account and payslip should be provided. This will eventually lead to revocation of their license and will also impact on your visa.

In my honest opinion, you should start looking for different sponsor.
