Filling up application form MN1 for my British born daughter

Hi, I received my ILR (10 year LR) few weeks ago and now I am planning to apply for my daughter's BC using form MN1. I have following questions:
1- My daughter's pakistani passport is expired. Do i need to renew it before apply for BC using form MN1?
2- I am applying using Section 1 (3), Do I need to fill in Section 2 of residency requirements? She is born in UK so I do not think she needs to fulfill absences requirement. Please correct me if I am wrong.
3- What documents do i need to provide with application? I am planning to provide:
-Previous Passport (Expired)
-Birth Certificate
-My ILR (BRM)
-Parents marriage certificate

is there anything else?

Children born in the UK are not required to submit a foreign passport.

You need to complete section 2.Q2.1 on the form: Date of arrival, would be Date of birth? Does number of absence matter if applying under Section 1(3). Pg 18 of guidance says it only matters for section 3(5)
