I am on ILR in the UK got separated from my ex wife in August 2015 and divorced in November 2016. I will be getting married in August 2017 abroad . What are my chances of bringing my wife over

It depends on whether you are able to meet all the requirements:
Evidence that you meet the minimum income level of £18,600 p.a
Evidence of adequate accommodation
Evidence of a genuine relationship
Evidence that your wife has passed the A1 English test or has a recognised degree taught in English, unless exempt
(Casa, not CR001)
