Many Congratulations!!! to you. Finally You have received and hopefully you will enjoy your new job in NHS.
I can see you applied on 30/09/2016 and and received by HO 03/10/16 my case bit further; As i have applied on 15th; it is clear form yours time line that I will have to wait another 2 weeks.

What can I do else.
Hey buddy, thank you.
GOOD NEWS!! I got the letter confirming PR an hour ago in the post with all my other documents.! and the Biometirc card will follow in the post in 10 working days it says! I am so relieved!

I would say, Just call them atleast twice a week, and wait a bit. I think HO are sticking to their timeline of 6.5 months for NON-EU PR applications. Mine took exactly 6 months and a half. And also if the passports haven't come in the first request, fill up another request and send it, it seems that speeds up the process too.

I wish good luck to everybody here!
Hey Beinghuman1986,

Thanks for sharing your experience and congratulations with getting a PR. Would you mind please to share the form or a page where you have submitted the kind of 'speed-up request'. Many thanks in advance!

Hi,

I've received my ( non-eea) BRP yesterday. Still awaiting for my husband's ( eea) card and all our documents. Does anyone know how long does it usually take to receive all these back?

Thank you!

I see that there are a lot more non EEA matters discussed here than EEA. This of course is because the partner of an EEA is applying. But I am confused. Like one Indian national writes that he is applying under EEA. I dont understand how that is possible.
Just curious. Nothing adverse should be taken.

Perhaps because they've retained the right after living many years as an eea equivalent/with their eea significant other.

Just want to share our timeline:

Joint EEA-PR application: wife non-EU, husband from EU
Application Sent - 18 Nov 2016
Received - 21 Nov 2016
Fee taken - 23 Nov 2016
Confirmation email - 6 Dec 2016
Biometric letter - 9 Dec 2016
Biometric done - 9 Dec 2016
CoA received - 11 Jan 2017
Husband's PR sticker received together with all submitted documents returned - 19 April 17
Wife (non-EU)'s PR card received - 20 April 17

So in total - 5 months. The timeline is similar to the Resident permit I applied before. Our case is quite straight forward. We have a couple of friends who are single EU nationals, their applications seemed to be a bit quicker, like 3-4 months time.
