We've hit the '21 days after biometrics' mark. . . But you guessed it, still no letter. Hopefully they'll respond to an email.

Hi All,

I want to share my timeline, in return to others who have kindly shared their information with everyone.
Reading this discussion board has helped me to go through the tough time of waiting for my Permanent Residence Card - Thank you :)

I am a EEA Polish applicant living in UK for over 10 years, I have filled in paper application, and paid by postal order.
Documents I have supplied are:
P60 x for each year of working
1 x payslip per year, unless I have changed jobs and worked in two different places, then I have given one from each job
3 x latest payslips
1 x water, council tax or electricity bill for each year

Application sent – 15/03/2017
Application received by HO – 16/03/2017
Email confirmation received – 02/05/2017
Permanent resident card and all the documents supplied with application returned – 15/05/2017
Date issued on the card is - 08/05/2017

All together exactly 2 months. I was told that this was a very quick turnaround.

Good luck to everyone who is waiting !

Hi all, I've sent my PR application on 6th of April 2017.

I've not received a confirmation email at all, but I've noticed a transaction on my bank account from 'EURO' for £65 - is this the PR fee? Banks could really do a better job describing recipients by the way.

I've got a confirmation of recorded letter I've sent with the papers, but other than that and the bank transaction, I've got nothing else. I'd really like to have my passport back now, as it's been over a month and a bit.

Do I need to write them to ask for my passport back?
Did anyone else experience times this long?

Thanks for help :)

Hello everyone,
I have been reading these forums for quite some time and I see it mentioned all the time as the payment coming under Euro Liverpool. However, looking on my statement I can see the payment under LTR Family Online, DCJ Liverpool GB. And now I am wondering if this is correct. They have received my application in the last week of March and I haven't heard anything since. I have applied for permanent residence as a EU citizen, no dependents.
I have checked the form I have completed and definitely it is the correct one: EEA(PR).
Maybe someone can clarify my confusion regarding the payment. Or maybe someone happened to be in the same situation and have a positive outcome.
Thank you.

It is quite scary reading that those who sent their applications earlier than I did haven't received their biometric enrollment and COA. I've been stressed for weeks waiting for a biometric enrollment letter and a COA but now after reading most of these comments I am despaired. I sent my application a month and half before my visa expired hoping I would have received a COA so I can continue to work. I haven't!!! Now I can't work!!! How do I pay my bills!!! My main regret is not sending the application 4 months ago! I thought a month and half would have been enough. Lesson learnt the wrong time. :(

My timeline (NON EEA)
Sent: 31st March, 2017
Received: 3rd April, 2017
I have sent 3 emails to eurobiometrics@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. They replied saying "UKVI is experiencing higher than average intake at present....As soon as we do have more progress on your application I will be in touch" :|
I have sent a letter to them today. I don't know how this will get them to work but I'm desperate!
Biometric: ??
COA: ??
RC: ??

Just praying for a miracle.

I too sent my application 5th April. Did not receive any confirmation.
So that has become the standard I presume.
As long as you have paid the correct fee there is nothing to worry.
The law says that even if the incorrect form has been filled it will
be processed.

From previous investigations, it appears to be 6 month from them receiving the application (although it looks more around 7 month for non eea ones over the past few months!)

Congrats on your COA. . I know you've also been waiting a long time!

Hi, I wanted to share my timeline as well, applied using the online form as an EEA National, using the European Passport Return service:

Online application and payment: 11-03-2017
Appointment for sending documents: 13-03-2017
Confirmation email from HO: 13-03-2017
PR + documents received: 18-05-2017

So a little bit over 2 months, much faster than I expected!

Hi all, want to share my timeline. we are approaching 7 months and still no decision on our Permanent Residence application. I have contacted them twice in last few weeks; it seems the telephony desk has no update, they keep telling me that it's under process and they have not been given any other information from the other department. What a waste of resource and money that HO hiring people to tell you the obvious and nothing more than that.

One EEA4 and two non-EEA family member

Applied on: 06 November 2016
Bio done: 03 December 2016
CoA with right to work: 14 December 2016
Decision Letter: Not Received

Passport received: 19 May 2017

And that's it. It's been only 2 weeks so I'm not too worried. Or I'm trying not to think about it lol

Hi all honorable mediators and members,

I retained my rights following divorce from eea national through an appeal hearing.
The background is that there was gap in my employment after divorce and Home Office refused my ROR on that basis, I had my business proofs i.e SA302's and bank statements/invoices which were helpful in winning the appeal.

I sent 04 SA302's and a letter from NI to prove that my ex-wife was exercising the treaty rights from marriage till divorce. Home Office accepted in the refusal that my ex-wife was exercising treaty rights at the time of the divorce.
I did not have any other documents apart from SA302's and a letter from NI of my ex-wife so could not attach anything else.

I want to apply for PR and went to a solicitor for advise, he said that I would need unaudited accounts, invoices, receipts etc to support my PR application and SA302's from my ex-wife.
My question from honorable mediators and members is that should I chase my ex-wife which is obviously going to be very hard for above mentioned documents?
or
Should I just send SA302's and letter from NI knowing of the fact that on basis of these 02 documents it was accepted that she was exercising treaty rights at the time of divorce and now Home Office will accept that same equal documents should be enough for the rest of the period?

The advise of honorable mediators and members is going to be very helpful please help!
