I am writing here my story for all those who waiting for residence card or they appealing as I am sure my history will help so many of you . I will start by the begging. Got eea2 in 2011 November after wait of 2 months and half it was so quick, after that I carry on having normal life till the trouble start . 2014 September on my way back from home I lost my residence card including my passport on the train after passing the border at heatrow airport . I was very worried so I was seeking advice what to do I was told that I need to apply again for replacement and I need to submit same document as i did when I applied first time . October 2014 I sent another eea2 by my self and I was expecting to get it so quick as I had it already , but it wasn't the case . After 4 months 2015 March I had home visit at 7:30 and I and my wife we wasn't at home as we both start early in morning and the reason of the visit I believed that I didn't submitted enough document as I didn't get any advice and I thought it will be quick as it only replacement . After waited of 7 months and half 2015 end of may I received refusal letter they didn't want to issue me another eea2 and they revoked my old status because they believed my marriage was taking in 2011 it was on of the convenience. Then I appealed the decision in jun 2015 and my hearing day was in 2016 end of august I waited more than a year . After I went to the hearing in august 2016 after 4 weeks I got letter from the court that I won the appeal . Then I waited another 4 weeks and I got my residence in October 2016 . It was long wait . in December 6 /2016 I submitted application for permanent residence card got bio on 22/12/2016 coa 15-01-2017 and I got today my permante residence . Decided checked online 14-06-2017 I am waiting now for document . 6 months and half . Good luck for everyone who waiting and just giving you advice before you submit any application make sure you have all the supporting document otherwise you will get refused and you will have long wait . Good luck again

Hi,
I tried to check my status with CaseID and Royal Mail tracking number but it says "Reference number not recognised". Any idea why ?

If your case ID has a 0 in front you will have to remove it first.

Hi Everyone,
EEA National - German
I'm hoping someone may be able to clear things up for me. First my timeline..
Sent PR application (via passport return service) 26th May 2017
Application Received: 29th May 2017
So, I'm getting married to a non-EEA (Australian) in November. His working visa expires in December/Jan. I am hoping that by the time we are married I will have received my PR, so he can apply for non-EEA PR as soon as.
From what I can tell it looks about 5 months before he would receive his residency. Will he be able to work as soon as he receives his CoA? I don't understand what a CoA is really. If he has to go back to Aus to wait for his CoA (as his work visa wll expire) will it still be valid?
Thank you so much for your help! I'm quite nervous.
Mona

Well they did. Apparently after calling the home office they were told they could be fined
Was because my RC had already expired also. I'm just hoping I get the biometrics soon so I can get a case ID.

Whose passport photo was missing the applicant or the sponsor? I believe that was not a enough reason to refused your application.

Try it again but this time do not put the zero in front of your case ID. I did it and it shows me "Awaiting Decision"
When did you submit your application???
I submited my application online on 5th May and got my Case ID on 8th May via email but my case ID is not beginning with zero... I checked again today but still get the same message... What could be the problem???
