I have lost my BRP card last month and has applied by post before Christmas, the payment has been deducted but I haven't received any letters yet. As I would need to urgently leave this country this month, I am considering to change to the premium service. I can not just upgrade to the premium service as I dont have the case number yet.
I am thinking to cancel the application and to apply for the premium service directly. It said I can make the appointment online, however, I cant find any website provided.. (Actually the email I received after I lost my card stated that If i need to urgently go for travel, i would need to cancel my application and apply for the premium service, however, no other instructions provided)
Can anyone please tell me how to make the appointment? My city doesn't has a premium service centre , I cant just go and ask in person. Please give me the online application address and I can at least check for the time before cancelling my application..
