same sex unmarried partners

Post by Mellow7 » Mon Jan 16, 2017 8:16 am

Hi,
I've been in a same sex relationship since 2007.

I'm from a nonEEA country and my partner is a European.

We cohabited from jun 2007 - Aug 2009 (2+ years).

From 2009 we have been in contact and have moved back in together since Nov 2016.

Can someone please advise if the cohabitation period(2007-2009) qualifies for our UPV application?

Thanks

Wanderer is correct. 3 months apart during the 2 year period would be accepted, but co-habitation 7 years ago won't qualify.

But your post is confusing. Are you applying for a Unmarried Partner Visa under the UK Immigration Rules or a Family Permit under EEA Regulations :?:
