Naturalisation and dependent visa extension

I have applied for naturalisation . I will have to apply for my family tier1 dependent extension next month as they have completed 4 years abd 1 year still required to qualify for ILR.If I receive the naturalisation before I apply dependent extension for my family do they still fall under tier1 general dependent category ?

They can still apply as Tier 1 G dependents regardless of your change from ILR to BC, assuming you got ILR based on 5 years residence.

No. They need to complete 5 years of residence.

The extension will likely be for 3 years. You will also have to pay the immigration health surcharge for each dependent.
