I am new to this forum.
I will be qualifying for my ILR next month.
I am on Tier 2 General from February 2012 till date. Currently with 2nd Employer on Tier 2 General.
My quiery is
My former Employer(first Tier 2 sponsorer) for whom I have worked for 2 years and 4 months is not willing to provide absent letter to confirm my holidays and annual Leaves.
I have requested them multiple times and situation is still the same.
In the whole 2 years and 4 months I have left UK twice (once 7 days and other time 21 days) and used my annual leaves in the UK.
Is there any way of getting out of this situation.
Can anyone please advice.
