Which UK NARIC certificate is needed for ILR

Hi,

I have a BE degree from Odisha India. Degree is in English but it does not say anywhere that the course was conducted in English.
I am on Tier 2 General since 5 years and am now due for ILR.
Can you please advice which UK NARIC certificate is needed? There are 3 products in UK NARIC website
1. Family and Visas
2. Comparison letter
3. English Assessment letter

There are two parts in English Requirement sections for me it seems from the form

1. An academic qualification deemed by UK NARIC to meet the
recognised standard of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or
PhD in the United Kingdom

2.UK NARIC has confirmed that the qualification was
taught or researched in English; or

So, with ELA certificate from UK NARIC, both will be delivered?
