Validity of RLMT

I am working as Tier 4 dependent. My company applied for RCOS in January 2017 after conducting RLMT in December 2016 but it has gone Under Review. I plan to return to home country and company will withdraw existing RCOS and then apply for a fresh RCOS.
Is the RLMT valid for new RCOS as it has been less than 6 months. Do they have to conduct a fresh RLMT.

I know it is valid for 6 months. The question is once the COS application is withdrawn can another COS application be created with same RLMT.

Yes, they can use the same RLMT for six month if the vacancy has not been filled.

Why they are withdrawing the COS application and then putting a fresh application? Will this not cause more delay?

One of the companies has withdrawn the request for RCOS today. So there is only one RCOS request. However RCOS is requested by the company and at that stage it should not matter who they plan on giving this to. Now is there anything that the other company can do to speed it up.
