Thanks dear Zimba
Yes i will personally transfer the money from my personal account to business account. I spoke with accountant he said he will do everything in short time. I have 20 -25 days. I think so i will able to do.
I want to ask you one more question I paid my office deposit before opening my business account, does it count in Director loan investment or not?

It counts as part of your company losses/expenses but NOT acceptable for investment points

As you all suggest me that investment should me from business account. My visa expire end of February. I was working on your advice. Now i am manage to do what you all said. if i transfer 30 k from my personal account to business account. Then it will be fine. I do not need any thing (machines) for business now or is it necessary to spend all money ? It will still consider as an investment.
Now i have to prepare my account till February?
Please reply me
Yeah, any sum that you paid directly from your personal account should be replenished back to make the sum required and that will do the damage control as you are still in your initial grant.

Thanks Dear Zimba and all seniors for your support
I have few questions
1) I read following on UKVI website. Can you explain me?
136. Please note: If you are relying on funds invested in a business, any money you have
already ‘spent’ for business purposes must be shown as investment in your financial accounts.

2) I transferred remaining 26000 from my personal account to business account this week.( Visa expire 25 feb)
Now i am going to prepare my accounts. As i told you before my accountant(July 13- Nov 16) show total investment 57000 in my accounts including the machines purchased from personal accounts for business. So July 2013- Nov 16, i transferred 24000 from Personal account to business account and spent all for business stuff and remaining 33000 that i spent on business is from personal account.
My question is
24000 is director loan investment?
33,000 is also invest in business, and show as investment in business in accounts ( but not as director loan investment)

3)Can we show investment in both way at same time (a) Director loan investment (b) Share capital investment
4) (a) 50000 investment as director loan.(24000+26000)
(b) 33000 that i spent on business account as share capital investment .If i can, so how it will work

Money spent from personal account does not count for award of points, irrelevant what your account says

Yes, send documents as required in the guide for both

yeah, you need an interim management account where your newly transacted investment recorded in line with the date.

No, share capital investment means that you bought shares in return for cash.

Thanks dear Zimba And all seniors for your advise and valuable time.
I know you told me before as well there is no rule saying money should be spent.

I checked on UKVI website
Money deposited in a bank account, even if it is in a United Kingdom business bank account, is not
counted as investment in business. The money should be used in the business, for example to
encourage growth or expansion, or to improve services or products

On other solicitors website
Mod edit: removed 3rd party links

a) My solicitor also said you need to spend money as well. OTherwise its not consider as investment ?

b) I am really confused now. I am doing right or wrong? Today i transferred all remaning money in to my business account

c) has anyone got visa who spent half money on business and rest is still in business account?

Have they taken fee for your application yet. if yes then just wait for there reply OR if the fee is not been charged then you can give them call to get updates.
