Extending Leave to remain

Post by ThisYear » Tue Jan 24, 2017 12:46 pm

Hello house,

My 30months leave is due for renewal and I'm thinking of applying directly myself instead of using a lawyer. It was based on family life and British Children.
My questions are, do I need to provide proof to cover the last 30 months or should it be evidence of all the years I have been in the UK? Will I have to pay the NHS surcharge as I didn't with my previous application.

I've had a look at the application form and it has changed a lot with quite a lot more information being required. Also, if anyone is able to point me to the right form because there the notations are a bit confusing on what is the right form to use for what!

Many thanks.
