Where to address letters

Hi,

We arret in the process of applying for a spouse visa here in the Philippines. I couldn't find any details and info online on where to address the letters. Is it the british embassy in taguig or is there a different address for home office here? Thanksto anyone who could answer my querie.

What letters are these? Does the form ask for letters?

To Whom It May Concern

This should be sufficient.

like the cover letter, employment cert. from employer or the bank certification.
