Could any please suggest me on

In Set (O) section 7.13, How long have you lived in the UK?

First I came in UK in 10- Dec 2009 tier 2 ICT and back to India in Feb 2012 for the visa change to Tier 2 General. Then I came back to UK in April last 2012 after 77 days. But due to continuity break, I was not eligible for the ILR in Dec 2014. Now I am calculating my period from 28-April 2012 for the ILR.

Could you please suggest me how many years should I mention in the "How long have you lived in the UK"? Is this counted from 10- Dec 2009 or from 28-April 2012?
