De facto Retained Right following Separation.

Post by schmil » Fri Jan 27, 2017 12:30 am

Hi,

I was granted with stamp 4eufam on the basis of a de facto relationship with EU. This relationship is now dissolved after 4 years. We have lived together for 3 years in the State and I had the permission in the last 2.

I know there is the eu5 application to retain the permission, would this be applicable to my case as I was never married? The EU is still living and working in Ireland.

Thank you.

There is no concept of ROR for unmarried partners in EU law.
