Dear Gurus,
Hope you guys are well.
I have an inquiry regarding Investment, I invested 50 K from my personal to business as a director's loan. My business is related to business & management consultancy.
• The first year turnover was low 17 k less administrative expenses 15 k so the profit was 2K without spending anything from invested money (50k).
• Second year was quite good turnover increased to 35 K less administrative expenses (office rent, salaries, etc.) profit 5k without spending anything from invested money (50k).
• The current year is much better than previous years, the turnover is 75 K Less administrative expense 80K just spent 5K from Invested money.
I haven't spent much money from 50 k (Invested money), the business is running well from revenue and meet 90 percent business expenses without using the 50 K.
Is it any hard and fast rule that 50k must be used, even if the business is not required that money and business is running well & growing?
Your positive response in this regards would be highly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Syed Ahmed
