My wife has submitted a wrong application using settlement instead of Tier 2 general partner to join me. When she arrived at the center to submit the supportive document they informed her it is a wrong application and accordingly they kindly guided her to fill a new application and send a refund request. As she is filling the applicaitons the following questions arises:
- Can the IHS number of the old application be used for the new applicaiton and if not how can we claim the money back.
- My COS has been ticked YES against the question 'Tick to confirm the sponsor certifies maintenance for the migrant' and I did not have to provide maintenance evidence from my side. Is she need to show maintenance in her bank or not?
- I have the marriage certificate with me in the UK and therefore she has issued an officital paper and translated it officially to show that we are married. Is it enough or do I need to send the marriage certificate and other evidences ?
- I did pay for the old applicaiton from my UK bank Is there a number or contace in the UK to get refund faster than 28 days or not?
