what is the processing times for the DL form

Hi Odat,congrats. But can you tell me which form you used? I have already complete 6year ,but dl expired February 2018. My first dl was granted on 02/2011 for refused asylum ,do u think I can use set(o), or do I have to use DL form again

I have booked a premium service to submit my application for ILR 2 weeks ago the home office asking me for my passport I never had a passport I'm statless never had any kind of ducment they give 28 days to do that or my application could be refused under paragraph 322 I have a British wife we been togthar for 9 years been married for 8 years i dont know what to do any advice will be appricated

Hi everyone,just want to share my good news,my husband has been granted ILR under the 6 years DLR route,attended Belfast PEO for the same day service and got the decision in 1 hour. Form seto(o) was used ,waiting time for the 2 extension was counted towards the 6 years qualified period.Thanks for everyone who has posted here to share their experiences and answer questions,together we can sort these out easier

Can someone help me please, I am filling the set(o)form now,but I have some questions,wish you can help me.
1. In the section 5 do I need to fill in the questions after the 5.5 (about the public fund).
Such as soc code, current rate of pay, also 5.6 5.7 5.8 5.9
2. In the section 6.1 the first day enter uk. Is it the date we got our first dlr,or the date we in got in the uk.

And also in 10.12 have you had your fingerprint taken as part of a previous uk immigration application made in the uk or abroad? Yes or no.
I confused , I did the fingerprint when I got the first and second dlr biometric card.
