Set LR

Post by zee716 » Mon Feb 06, 2017 12:56 pm

Hi All,
I Re-applied for my ILR (SET LR) through post 9 months ago. My First Application was refused in 2015 due to tax discrepancies and they impose the 322(2) deception on me. I amended the tax returns for years 2010-2011 and 2012-2013 and paid all the taxes. Explained everything to the HO through my Statement this time and attached all the tax calculations i received from the HMRC and payment receipt.

Is there any chance that HO will approve my visa as i read so many rejections on the forum due to tax discrepancies.

Any Suggestions really appreciated.

Thanks

The refusal under 322(2) for deception will still be applicable under LR.
