There is no such a thing as direct investment. Money injected by a director in a business is ALWAYS a director's loan. Rules very clearly say that such investment will NOT be accepted unless a loan agreement is provided showing that it is unsecured & subordinated in favour of third party creditors.Refusal reason Investment @£200K 20 Points not awarded. I did not submit any director loan agreement as my solicitor and accountant both said advise we can show its as direct investment.
You could have saved yourself a lot of trouble, pain and money by simply reading the guide instead of hiring inept advisors
That is not an acceptable evidenceMy £200K investment can check on My business accounts and also on Bank statement. It was also stated on my visa application cover letter.
