spouse visa from morocco.

Post by MOHAMMED86M » Mon Feb 06, 2017 9:59 pm

Hi everyone, I want to thank you first for this helpful forum.

I'm morrocan nationality married to British citizen and we are planning to apply for spouse visa sooner,

This is my uk immigration history hope not to be longer for forum readers.

-Tie4 student visa valid from 2.06.2011 - 20.10.2012.
-I Meet my partner in 27 May 2012.

- april.2013 arrested by UKBA working with false ID,

- July.2013 released on bill in second court hearing with tag conditions and weekly signing report.

- oct.2013 applied for .FLRO . And after that is refused , I don't have refusal letters with me to write exactly words.except last application.

- mars.2014 applied for,FLR.FP.and notified HO about our wedding date, I applied for new ID and passport ,and we give notice in designated register office, wedding went well with my wife family and friends.

- June 2014 application refused.

-August 2014.I had visit from company tag and they removed it.

- we moved to another place and notified immigration reporting center.

- last FLR.FP. on Oct.2014, refused on mars.2015 . Stating that we believed that you have genuine relationship, but why not to relocate to another country,

-July .2015.we surprised with £600 court penalty to be payed to HO.that's we didn't attend court hearing ,back to 2013,which we never heared about, after contacting solicitor, mentioned that he send them notice in short time period, we didn't have any idea what did he wrote or send .

- 3.Dec .2015 detained ,and reason is i didn't had valid application at that time .

-14 Dec.2015. Signed voluntary departure on my own expenses.

-My wife visited me 7 times now,and spent time with me and with my family ,we discussed the idea for my wife to relocate to Morocco, but we didn't come out with agreement because of her work , now we want to try our best and apply for spouse visa
.
I'm much appreciate if someone can highlight for the following.

Online application questions .
1 have you ever convected an any creminal offence in uk.
2 have you ever elected to depart the UK.
3 have you been subject to an exclusion order from uk .

Appendix2.
-My wife working in permanent job with same employer more than 9 years. employer letter information is.

-job title -wage -35hours a week -allowed to work and payed for overtime.

-P60 for 2015. 2016 is £21.670.
-she earned . £10.600 for last 6months,and one month payment is less than £1.550.

- can we include 6 months payslips and bank statement .or 12.?and which category we need to use A or B.?

Applicant Question.
1-Do you intend to work in UK? if yes I don't have a job offer in uk.

The application stands to be refused under 320(11) Frustrating the Immigration Rules.
See in particular Section 3 RFL7.3 What are aggravating circumstances?

Online application questions .
1 have you ever convected an any creminal offence in uk. YES
2 have you ever elected to depart the UK. YES
3 have you been subject to an exclusion order from uk . (Difficult to say for sure, but I assume you are subject to a 10 year ban?)

Appendix2.

-P60 for 2015. 2016 is £21.670.
-she earned . £10.600 for last 6months,and one month payment is less than £1.550. Why was one month on lower pay?

- can we include 6 months payslips and bank statement .or 12.?and which category we need to use A or B.?

Applicant Question.
1-Do you intend to work in UK? if yes I don't have a job offer in uk. You can say YES (you don't need a job offer).

2-where can i submit old pasport ? When attending visa centre in my country ? or send it to my wife to include it with supporting documents ? I believe you should submit your passport to the official agents, Teleperformance in Rabat.

any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
