error in COS mentioned wrong place of birth

HR has written wrong place of birth in my COS, Can she amend by writing on sponerser note or need to make new application.
Another query is
In the section of residence labour market test they have mentioned vacancy was advertised for 28 days but has not written closing date but the reason is they are still looking for another 3 candidate hence they could not write closing date.
Is that ok if HR informs about this to UBVI by writing in sponser'note before I go for my visa appointment.
please help needs in urgent as visa is expiring.
