Stamp 4 renewal (hosting agreement)

Hi Friends,
I came to Ireland based on Hosting agreement (highly skilled researcher).

I was on stamp 1 for the first 2 years. They automatically changed it into stamp 4 for the next 2 years.
It will expire in the next 5 months.

(2 years stamp 1) + (2 years stamp 4) = 4 years HOSTING agreement

How can I renew it after this period ?

Do I need to have a job contract with specific salary level ?

Please help me find the answer no body knows.
