No, they require 5 years residence to qualify for ILR. There is no shorter route.1. will they become eligible to file for ILR along with me
They can continue to extend their PBS Dependent visas until the meet the requirements for ILR on Set(O), provided YOU obtain ILR based on the PBS route and not long residence route.2. if not, can they still be on the same dependent visa, or do I need to make a new dependent visa application?

There is no requirement for a PBS dependent to switch visa to a spouse settlement visa if the PBS main applicant get ILR based on Tier 2 G and 5 years residence. If they choose to switch, it will reset their clock to zero and a new 5 year (2 X 2.5 year visas) route to ILR.[/quote]CR001 wrote:ksadoc wrote:They can continue to extend their PBS Dependent visas until the meet the requirements for ILR on Set(O), provided YOU obtain ILR based on the PBS route and not long residence route.
If the main applicant gets ILR through Tier 2 PBS ie after 5 yrs, then the family can apply for dependent of permanent settlement, right? However the family will only be eligible for ILR only after completing 5 yrs. Is that right?
